Youth With A Mission is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.

The three major components of our mission:

EVANGELISM

We use many creative tools to present the gospel, including drama, music, videos, websites and sport camps. We want to share our faith effectively in ways that the audience – whether teenager, elderly refugees, or unreached people group – will understand. YWAM also start churches in places where there may be no church at all.

TRAINING

Through our training programs, we aim to better equip Christians in their relationship with God and to serve others in everything from agriculture and health care to business development and biblical counseling. Our entry level school is the Discipleship Training School (DTS.) Over 10,000 people each year go through this six months program. It is an intensive time of growing more like Jesus and serving Him in the world.

MERCY MINISTRY

We help meet some of the practical and physical needs of more than a million people each year all over the world. We care for street children, aid in the recovery of drug addicts, feed and house refugees etc. These are just some of the ways in which we extend helping hands in Jesus’ name.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative word, revealing that Jesus Christ is God’s son; people are created in God’s image; He created us to have eternal life through Jesus Christ; although all people have sinned and come short of God’s glory, God had made salvation possible through the death on the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ; repentance, faith, love and obedience are fitting response of God’s initiative of grace toward us; God’s desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of truth; and the Holy Spirit’s power is demonstrated in and through us for accomplishment of Christ’s last commandment “….Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation”
(Mark 16:15)
